This article will cover the top three stock funds that we have personal investment experience. TRowePrice stock funds are a favorite. Consider matching with other investment Services Funds if your 401(k), Roth IRA, or Traditional IRA offer alternatives.
Summary
TRowePrice Stock Funds
One of my best initial investment decisions was opening and funding a 401(k).
Researching Investors Business Daily at the time led me to TRowePrice Blue Chip Growth Fund (TRBCX). I liked how the fund matched my early investment goals.
- Price action is basing between the 2020 Covid low and pre-Covid highs.
- The drawdown of (-43%) from the 2022 peak is a compelling entry zone.
That said, there is potential for further weakness in U.S. stock markets as the FED continues its mission. We plan to scale into positions with this in mind.
TRowePrice Blue Chip Growth Fund (TRBCX) primarily invests in the common stocks of large and medium-sized blue chip companies that have the potential for above-average earnings growth and are well established in their respective industries.

The two additional stock funds that we are considering are, TRowePrice All-Cap Opportunities Fund (PRWAX) and TRowePrice Dividend Growth Fund (PRDGX).
TRowePrice All-Cap Opportunities Fund (PRWAX) invests primarily in the common stocks of U.S. companies that operate in those sectors of the economy identified by T. Rowe Price as the fastest growing or having the greatest growth potential. Holdings range from large-cap to small companies and are selected on the basis of characteristics such as their earning’s growth, fundamentals, management effectiveness, and valuations.
TRowePrice Dividend Growth Fund (PRDGX).normally invests at least 65% of its total assets in stocks, with an emphasis on stocks that have a strong track record of paying dividends or that are expected to increase their dividends over time. T. Rowe Price believes that a track record of dividend increases is an excellent indicator of financial health and growth prospects, and that over the long term, income can contribute significantly to total return. Dividends can also help reduce the fund’s volatility during periods of market turbulence and help offset losses when stock prices are falling. When appropriate, the portfolio manager may attempt to buy stocks when they are temporarily out of favor or undervalued by the market.
