Cryptocurrency and blockchain related companies are catching a bid premarket as Bitcoin surges more than 8% to 66,320 in early trading. HUT, BTBT, RIOT, and MARA are up between 8 and 12%. Coinbase is seeing its share of action as well, adding close to 5% this morning.
Bitcoin Futures Clear 66,000
Note daily price action is suggesting a breakout, with Bollinger Bands set to confirm a fast move. ADX is above 29 confirming the trend is strengthening. IV% is hovering at 82%. Momentum is shifting in favor of the bulls to start the week.
In addition, Bitcoin is on a buy signal and waiting for TTM to trigger a confirmation (lower panels).
